We keep the right to cancel a category if it has less than 8 teams registered.
OVERAGED PLAYERS:
Exemptions for over aged players are given by the organisers. The exemption is for a player
maximum one year older than the age limit in question. Dispensation can be given to several players in the squad but only
one player per match is allowed to play, except for G14, G16 and G18 where we allow two over aged players per match. Player
with dispensation can only represent the team the dispensation is valid for. Team must clearly indicate the over-aged players
in the on-line team list before the tournament starts. Girls may play in boy’s teams in class B 12-16. No other dispensations
will be given.
PRIZES:
The
best teams in each category will be awarded with cup and medals (max. 20 per team).
At the same time the best goal scorer, best goalkeeper and most
valuable player in each category will be awarded. The prizes will be
handed over immediately after each respective final game.
REFEREES:
Referees are nominated by Czech Floorball Union.
In case of foreign referees' interest, the following rules apply:
The referees must forward an application to the organizer by e-mail to
info@praguegames.cz before 30.4.2010
.The referees must provide an
approval of their National Federation and must be able to communicate in
English. Nominated referees will be provided a lodging in the category
Hotel B with breakfast on the expenses of the organizer. At the same
time they will receive a referee money according to the local standards, the tournament activity card
/including free public transportation during the tournament/ and
tournament T-shirt.
SYSTEM:
The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in round robin series. All teams in each group will advance to the play off. The ranking in the group will decide your opponent in the play off. All play off matches will be decided by the cup system (direct elimination). Final system and match schedule will be published on the internet aproximately 10 days before the tournament start.

After completing the registration form each team will be provided a registration
number. This number will enable you to add or correct the team information
(like accommodation, trainings or friend matches requests and team lists).

Please note that the registration fee is not refundable and the amount
is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team.
INDIVIDUAL
FEE:
Any team that does not accept any of the lodging alternatives
offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee - EUR 25/per
person. This fee includes the activity card for each team member.
THE
ACTIVITY CARD INCLUDES:
- CHANCE PRAGUE GAMES 2010 ID wristband
- entrance to the tournament´s sport halls
- public transport ticket valid in buses, trams, metro within the tournament
dates
- entrance to the important historical sights operated by Prague Information
Service
- tournament party entrance
- entrance to the final day programme
- 5% discount in SPINFLO floorball specialized shop (products of
UNIHOC,ZONE, McDAVID, PUMA, ISOSTAR)
(not valid for already discounted items or special action goods)
- other possible activities will be specified later
TRAINING
HOURS AND FRIEND MATCHES:
Price for one hour training or friend match is 50 EUR, to be
paid by ordering team. Organizers don't provide referees for friend matches.
Trainings and friend matches are booked in the tournament arenas (rinks
and goals included); the final schedule will be published on the Internet page.
INSURANCE:
Please note that every participant is taking part in the tournament on his own risk and is not generally insured by the
organisation. Therefore a general travel insurance is reccommended.
